Housed at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, RISE is a collaborative network of stakeholders engaged in producing research around person-centered access to reproductive health care in the U.S. Southeast, using research justice–based approaches.

Our work

We conduct reproductive health research through a lens of justice and equity

We aim to increase the praxis of research justice through the conduct of and capacity building for community centered and participatory research; and train future professionals at all educational levels to go into reproductive health, rights, and justice fields with a knowledge of research and its utility in their work.
