Rachel Rebouche is a co-investigator for the Confidentiality and Parental Involvement study.
She is a professor of law at Temple University Beasley School of Law and serves as the associate dean for research. Rebouche currently teaches family law, health care law, and comparative family law. Her recent work includes research on abortion law reform and international reproductive rights.
Rebouche has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, LL.M from Queen’s University Belfast, and a B.A. from Trinity University. Previously, she served as associate director of the adolescent health programs at the National Partnership for Women and Families and was a Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellow at the National Women’s Law Center.
